Return window
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within [30] days of delivery.
How to start a return
Email info@ankletmuse.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days. Original shipping charges are [non-refundable — to be confirmed].
Exchanges
For a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order, or contact us for help.
Damaged or incorrect items
